Here’s a photo of a couple old heaters and a replacement smoke stack that I made.

First, I didn't mean to offend you my comment about your restoration video - that was just me "wishing out loud".  Apologizes if that comment rubbed you the wrong way!

Looks like I have one part sourced, the Smoke Stack!

Now hopefully someone has a firebox and bits I need for the glass tube.
Didn't offend at all, just explained why I do what I do...lol 😄👍
If you pay shipping I will " give" you a black smooth fire box & sight glass tube...if anyone knows the "exact" length of a sight tube from a early Jensen sight glass assembly ,it would be helpful and I could cut you one and send that as well, I've cut many for the the regular sight glass assemblies , but yours is a bit earlier with the center hold down screw and side flow holes.

Brass. The sight glass tube length is 1-1/2”.

That is really sweat looking!  Do I need heaters?  Or does that come with the firebox that Bruce is kindly sending?

Before when I was asking about the heater, I meant the thing that the power cord plugs into - I assume order from Jensen is the best move on that (and trying to get the ceramic insulation too).

Edit: this was in the parts bag - broken glass sight - no idea how much is missing.

Jensen does have good sheet insulation stock , but pricey and they are available from many cheaper sources. The new heater can be bought with or without cord (again ,if they are willing to sell you one, or have any in stock) there are 3 parts to the belly heater , the actual belly heater , the cord and the Heyco  cord restrait. The belly heater simply has 2 tabs coming out of one end and you merely crimp the black and white leads onto either tabs, the ground goes to the fire box. Your unit was not originally grounded but I would highly recommend you do that, I usually attach the ground on the rear of the boiler housing ,near where the cord comes through and where the chimney support will cover nicely (so it doesn't show)

I think I might have a serious issue with the tank, where the sight glass mount to the tank a bit came off of the edge.  I was cleaning away the calcium build up with my kitchen Scotch pad and a bit came off the bottom mount point.

Edit:  Cleaned up around the mount points with 2k & 3k Wet Sanding and new photos.

How about one of these little guys?  One was really dirty, I think burnt up soot from when it was ran with fuel pellets.  After cleaning it all the plating was gone off of it.

I really hoping on those mount points, when there is a seal between the tank and the tube holder it will be okay.... praying that would be the case.

They aren't showing a "Blanket Heater Element 110 Volt (with power cord)" for Model 10.  They are only showing it for without cord - which isn't useful at all for me!

I'm wondering if their "Boiler Gasket Set" also includes the Gaskets for the water sight mounts.  I can see I can get my firebox and strap screws - not unreasonable of a cost.

Hey Mike -

The money order has been dropped in the mail.  Perhaps you'll cross ship to save some wait time?  Here is a photo of the receipt.

Got my first care package in from Bruce, was supposed to arrive on Monday but came today!  I have the firebox / heater blanket / insulation installed on the mounting board.  I have the sight glass started (finger tight) but need block to tank gaskets and a screw - which that will be coming via Mike with his Smokestack once he receives my money order.

I also bought some things from Jensen too, that will be shipping from them on Monday.  Just some extra stuff like those bands for accessories, funnel, steam oil and other bits and bobs.

Edit:
I can't believe I forgot:  Thank you Bruce and also talking to me about how the insulation goes and tips on the little seals you included (vs the Jensen blacks ones)
