Hi Bart, Is yours missing? wore out? We have some very talented people here that may be able to make a part if one cannot be found...

Hi Nick I am new at this. I have to figure out how to get a hold of you. There is a video of a model 45 running on Google under Jensen Model 45 Vertical Steam engine. The cylinder is missing on mine. It has a closed end, and the spring loaded mounting screw is missing too. Did I read correctly that one might be fabricated? Perhaps Jensen could supply me with the specifics. I got a few parts from them, bit as you can imagine, they haven't built one for a long time. Bart1353

If one doesn’t turn up, I have a couple of 45’s and would be happy to help with dimensions/pictures if you can find someone to help you make one

Nick. I have no idea of the measurements and the location of the supply and exhaust steam ports on the cylinder, as I also do not know the diameter of the piston, the stroke of the connecting rod and anything else pertinent to the manufacture of a replacement cylinder. I would probably need all that to have one made. And the mounting screw and spring. A person who could actually manufacture a steam cylinder this size would be a master craftsman and a magician all at once. Wow, to have such capabilities and experience are beyond my imagination. I would need some numbers to pass on to a machinist if I could find one, Bart 1353
