Well i think it might be a fail
 First run did not work as brass pulley has no grip,for spring belts .
Filled rim with lead then turned and knurled with a threading tap .
Still no work with spring belts .
But does work with a rubber band , second issue is it not happy running one way as it appears to grab .kind of works the other  way
